Delete your Logdriver account

What's deleted

• Deleting your account removes your app data, including the calendar, chores, meals, lists, photos, family members, and children's names, plus your profile and sign-in.
• Your account: name, email, password and sign-in sessions.
• Your membership in your household.
• If you're the last member, the household too: the board, chores and stars, meals, lists, routines, photos, calendar feeds and events, and your Google Calendar connection (we also revoke our access at Google).
• Messages you sent through in-app feedback.

What we keep

• If you paid for Support Logdriver on the website, billing and transaction records are kept for 6 years, as Canadian tax law requires. We keep no card numbers.
• If others are still in your household, the household board stays for them.
• Deleted data is removed from backups within 8 days.

Renewals

Deleting your account cancels any Support Logdriver subscription now. You won't be charged again. If you were charged in the last 14 days, email us for a full refund.
